Preparation Steps

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the green stems.
  • Melt the white chocolate with vegetable oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate. You can also add sprinkles or other decorations to the chocolate before it sets.
