This toffee chocolate cheeseball is the perfect sweet and creamy treat for gatherings and special occasions. Cream cheese and butter blend with powdered and brown sugars, then are loaded with mini chocolate chips and crunchy toffee bits. Shape it, chill it, and coat it in sprinkles for a fun and festive finish!
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar and beat until completely blended. Stir in mini chocolate morsels and toffee bits.
Wrap mixture in a large piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. After chilling, shape the mixture into a ball or a heart on a serving tray and cover with sprinkles.

Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Cheeseball will keep up to a week in the refrigerator and also freezes well for up to 2 months.
