  • 1 medium Butternut Squash
  • 0.5 cup Wild Rice
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.25 cup Cranberries Dried cranberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut butternut squash in half, remove seeds, and roast for 30 minutes.
  • Combine cooked rice, chicken broth, and cranberries. Stuff into the roasted squash halves.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes, or until heated through.
