  • 0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 12 corn tortillas Tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  • Combine brown sugar and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  • Place pork in a slow cooker and pour brown sugar mixture over it.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until pork is tender.
  • Shred pork with two forks. Warm tortillas and serve with shredded pork.
