Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add sliced sausage and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in chicken broth, farfalle pasta, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles, and heavy cream; stir well to combine.
Cover the saucepan and reduce heat to medium-low.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your preference.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
