  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 packages Butterball Recipe Starters Polska Kielbasa Turkey Sausage, sliced cut into 0.5 inch pieces
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 10 oz Ro-Tel Mild tomatoes and green chiles canned
  • 0.67 cup heavy cream
  • 14.5 oz farfalle pasta uncooked
  • 0.33 cup green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook for 3 minutes until softened.
  • Add sliced sausage and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in chicken broth, farfalle pasta, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles, and heavy cream; stir well to combine.
  • Cover the saucepan and reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your preference.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
