Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Whisk to combine.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place lemon slices around the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
