Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Rinse the turkey and pat it dry.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and rub it with smoked paprika.
Pour apple cider into the bottom of the roasting pan.
Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
