  • 0.5 cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Rinse the turkey and pat it dry.
  • Place the turkey in a roasting pan and rub it with smoked paprika.
  • Pour apple cider into the bottom of the roasting pan.
  • Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
