  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza pan.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Add white wine and lemon juice, and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Spread shrimp scampi mixture over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
