Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza pan.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Add white wine and lemon juice, and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
Spread shrimp scampi mixture over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
