  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook orzo according to package directions.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  • Stir in cooked orzo and diced tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
