Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Remove the sausage and set aside.
Add the onion to the pot and cook until softened. Add the garlic and oregano and cook for 1 minute more.
Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the sausage and tortellini and cook until the tortellini are heated through.
