  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable broth

Preparation Steps

  • Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove sausage and set aside.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Return sausage to the skillet. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
