  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces unsalted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Pour over the crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
