  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the ends off the green beans. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the salt and pepper.
