Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim the ends off the green beans. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
