Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a blender, combine raspberries, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds. Discard seeds.
Fill glasses with ice.
Pour the raspberry-lime mixture into each glass, filling about halfway.
Top with chilled sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with fresh raspberries and lime slices, if desired.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit any alcoholic additions. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
