  • 1.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 0.5 cup ice

Preparation Steps

  • In a blender, combine raspberries, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds. Discard seeds.
  • Fill glasses with ice.
  • Pour the raspberry-lime mixture into each glass, filling about halfway.
  • Top with chilled sparkling water.
  • Stir gently and garnish with fresh raspberries and lime slices, if desired.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit any alcoholic additions. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
