  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup raspberry jam

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Swirl in raspberry jam. Top with remaining batter.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of unsweetened chocolate.
