Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
  • Place the roast in a roasting pan and add chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.
  • Roast for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
