  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in the sifted powdered sugar, alternating with the milk, until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
  • Spread or pipe onto your desired baked goods.

Notes

This frosting is best served at room temperature.
