  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon.
  • Pour peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
