Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon.
Pour peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
