  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (any color) sliced
  • 1 onion Onion chopped
  • 1 lb Pasta
  • 2 cups Pasta sauce
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta cooks, brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes
