  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Beef broth

Preparation Steps

  • Season the beef steak with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  • Sear the steak in hot oil until browned on both sides.
  • Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and transfer to a preheated oven.
  • Bake until the beef is tender.
