Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked orzo, feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of olive oil and butter. You can also add other vegetables, such as zucchini or bell peppers.
