  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked orzo, feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of olive oil and butter. You can also add other vegetables, such as zucchini or bell peppers.
