  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder. You can also add chocolate chips to the crust.
