Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder. You can also add chocolate chips to the crust.
