  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into mini muffin tins.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Notes

These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
