  • 0.5 cup Elbow macaroni
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.125 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • teaspoon Salt to taste
  • teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Combine macaroni and water in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Drain any excess water from the mug.
  • Add milk, cheeses, and butter to the mug. Stir until well combined.
  • Microwave for another 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the mac and cheese is creamy. Stir occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder.
