  • 0.5 cup Pepperoncini peppers sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced deli ham, salami, provolone cheese, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced pepperoncini peppers.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Serve immediately or chill for a short time to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh but can be made a few hours ahead. If making ahead, you might want to keep the dressing separate and toss just before serving to prevent sogginess.
