  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 12 count Egg Roll Wrappers

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix mashed potatoes with bacon, cheese, and chives.
  • Place a spoonful of mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
