  • 0.75 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Lemon wedges for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of two chilled martini glasses and dip the rims in sugar.
  • Combine vodka, lemon juice, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glasses.

Notes

For a sweeter cocktail, add more sugar to taste. You can also use other citrus fruits, such as limes or oranges, for a variation.
