  • 8 oz sweet potato starch noodles
  • 1 cup beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 0.5 cup spinach blanched
  • 0.5 cup onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the noodles according to package directions.
  • Stir-fry the beef in sesame oil until browned. Add soy sauce and set aside.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables until tender-crisp.
  • Combine the noodles, beef, and vegetables. Toss to coat.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
