Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Sear pork chops in Instant Pot using the sauté function.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Notes
Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or rice.
