  • 4 cups pork chops
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Sear pork chops in Instant Pot using the sauté function.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Notes

Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or rice.
