  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup cooked ground chicken or pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and cooked meat.
  • Add soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
  • Lay out a gluten-free egg roll wrapper. Place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of ginger or garlic to the filling. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
