Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and cooked meat.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
Lay out a gluten-free egg roll wrapper. Place a spoonful of filling in the center.
Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of ginger or garlic to the filling. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
