Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  • On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.

  • Transfer the dough to a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal or parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  • Evenly distribute the diced ham, crushed pineapple, and sliced black olives over the cheese.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before baking for a hint of spice.
