  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 12 leaves Large Lettuce Leaves

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other vegetables or seasonings to taste. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
