  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Water
  • 12 count Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onion

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  • Fill tortillas with ground beef mixture, cheese, and onion. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier taco, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ground beef mixture.
