Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Add gnocchi and heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer until heated through.
Stir in parmesan cheese and cooked sausage. Serve immediately.
