  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add gnocchi and heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer until heated through.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and cooked sausage. Serve immediately.
