  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave.
  • Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
