  • 1 pound blueberries
  • 1 pound green grapes halved
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented

Honey-Lime Dressing

  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • Gently wash all fruits. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the green grapes, peel and slice the kiwis, and segment the oranges.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapple chunks, and orange segments.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour the honey-lime dressing evenly over the fruit mixture in the large bowl.
  • Gently toss the fruit salad to ensure all the fruit is coated with the delicious dressing.
  • For the best flavor, cover the bowl and chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
