Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out sugar cookie dough and press into a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
  • Arrange fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese frosting.

Notes

For best results, use a variety of colorful fruits. You can also add a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
