Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Whisk eggs into the melted chocolate. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour into the cooled crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
