  • 1.5 lbs Roast Beef Thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf French Bread Cut into sandwich-sized pieces
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder

Preparation Steps

  • In a saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • While the broth is simmering, slice the French bread into sandwich-sized pieces and lightly toast if desired.
  • Place a generous amount of thinly sliced roast beef onto each piece of bread.
  • Serve the sandwiches immediately with the warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

Optional: Add a slice of provolone cheese to the sandwich before serving.
