Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
While the broth is simmering, slice the French bread into sandwich-sized pieces and lightly toast if desired.
Place a generous amount of thinly sliced roast beef onto each piece of bread.
Serve the sandwiches immediately with the warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
Optional: Add a slice of provolone cheese to the sandwich before serving.
