Instructions
Preparation Steps
Add the spinach and almond milk to a blender. Blend until the spinach is completely pureed.
Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple chunks, and chia seeds to the blender.
If using, add the honey or maple syrup.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
