  • 1 banana frozen peeled
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional

Preparation Steps

  • Add the spinach and almond milk to a blender. Blend until the spinach is completely pureed.
  • Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple chunks, and chia seeds to the blender.
  • If using, add the honey or maple syrup.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

This smoothie is a great way to get your daily dose of greens. Feel free to customize with other fruits or add protein powder for an extra boost.
