  • 1 cup peas

Preparation Steps

  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion and peas; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Push vegetables to the side; add eggs and scramble.
  • Add rice, soy sauce; stir-fry until heated through and combined.
