  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, potatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
