Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash and trim the ends of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into 1-inch thick slices.
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon or pipe about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
Top each bite with a halved cherry tomato.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
