  • 1 large cucumber about 8 inches long
  • 0.125 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 0.5 tablespoon cherry tomatoes halved

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and trim the ends of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into 1-inch thick slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon or pipe about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  • Top each bite with a halved cherry tomato.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
