Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and heat through.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier dish, use spicy Italian sausage. You can also add other vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms.
