  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and heat through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier dish, use spicy Italian sausage. You can also add other vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms.
