Preparation Steps

  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside, reserving bacon grease.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, add Brussels sprouts and cook until tender.
  • Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Stir in crispy bacon and serve.

Notes
