Preparation Steps

  • Wash and chop the bok choy.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.
  • Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  • Serve hot.
