  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt

Mixing the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Transfer the mix to an airtight container or a resealable bag. Store at room temperature.

Notes

To make waffles, whisk together the dry mix with 2 eggs, 1.75 cups milk, and 0.5 cups melted butter (or oil).
