  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped turkey, celery, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
