  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 0.5 cup celery finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, and diced red onion.
  • Add the mayonnaise, chopped dill, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later. Great in sandwiches, on lettuce wraps, or with crackers.

Notes
