Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mixture. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby.
